Guestplan integration

Guestplan is a reservation system for hospitality businesses. Guests make reservations through a widget placed on your website, and with the Centerflow integration, every completed reservation is automatically sent to Centerflow as a Reservation. This works the same way as Leads or Orders coming into Centerflow from other sources.

What you can do with this integration

Once connected, Centerflow gives you full insight into your Guestplan reservations:

  • Source and campaign tracking: See exactly which marketing channel or campaign drove each reservation.

  • Ad platform forwarding: Send reservation data to advertising platforms like Google Ads or Meta for conversion tracking and optimization.

  • Reporting: Include reservations in your Centerflow reports alongside other conversions.

  • Revenue estimation: Set an average spend per guest to calculate the estimated revenue generated by each channel.

Setup

Step 1: Open the Guestplan integration

In Centerflow, go to Settings > Integrations. Find Guestplan in the list and click Add integration.

Step 2: Configure the integration

On the Guestplan integration page, you can set the average value per guest. Centerflow multiplies this amount by the number of reservations to calculate estimated revenue. This figure is shown in your channel reports, so you can see how much each marketing channel is generating. Enter the amount and click Update.

That's it. No further configuration is needed on the Guestplan side.

What you'll see in Centerflow

All reservations made through your Guestplan widget will now appear automatically in Centerflow under Reservationsin the main menu. Each reservation includes source and campaign data, so you can see exactly where your guests are coming from.
