WooCommerce integration

WooCommerce is one of the most widely used e-commerce platforms, built on top of WordPress. With the Centerflow integration, every order placed in your WooCommerce store is automatically sent to Centerflow as a tracked order. This means you get real order data that you can use for source tracking, channel reporting, and sending conversions to advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta.

What you can do with this integration

Once connected, every WooCommerce order becomes a tracked conversion in Centerflow:

  • Source and campaign tracking: See exactly which marketing channel or campaign drove each order.

  • Ad platform forwarding: Send order data as conversion events to Google Ads, Meta, and other ad networks for accurate conversion tracking and bidding optimization.

  • Reporting: Include WooCommerce orders and their values in your Centerflow channel reports alongside other conversions.

Setup

Step 1: Activate the WooCommerce integration

In Centerflow, go to Settings > Integrations. Find WooCommerce in the list and click Add integration.

Step 2: Download the helper plugin

On the WooCommerce integration settings page, download the helper plugin. Save the file, you'll need it in the next step.

Step 3: Install and configure the helper plugin

Go to your WooCommerce store and install and activate the plugin you downloaded in Step 2.

Once activated, go to the WooCommerce settings and click Centerflow in the top menu. Enable order tracking.

Then go back to the WooCommerce integration settings in Centerflow. Select an existing API key or create a new one, and copy it. Return to the WooCommerce settings and paste the API key in the corresponding field.

That's it. New orders will now appear automatically in Centerflow under Orders in the main menu.

What you'll see in Centerflow

All WooCommerce orders appear in your Centerflow order overview, including the order value and source data. This gives you a complete picture of which channels and campaigns are driving revenue in your store, and lets you send that data directly to your advertising platforms for optimization.
