Teamleader integration
Teamleader Focus is a CRM platform for managing contacts, companies, and deals. With the Centerflow integration, every lead that comes into Centerflow is automatically synced to Teamleader Focus as a contact and deal. When a deal is updated in Teamleader, the changes are synced back to Centerflow, so both systems stay in sync.
What you can do with this integration
Once connected, Centerflow and Teamleader Focus work together in two directions:
Leads automatically pushed to Teamleader: Every new lead in Centerflow is sent to Teamleader as a contact and deal. If the lead includes a company name, a company is created (or matched) in Teamleader and linked to the contact. If the lead has a deal value, it's included as the estimated value on the deal.
Deal updates synced back to Centerflow: When a deal is updated in Teamleader (e.g. moved to Won or Lost), the status and deal value are automatically synced back to the lead in Centerflow.
Deal source mapping: Map your Centerflow channels and sources to Teamleader deal sources. This means leads coming from, say, Google Ads will automatically get the correct deal source in Teamleader, so your sales team sees where each lead originated.
Source and campaign tracking: See exactly which marketing channel or campaign drove each lead, both in Centerflow and in Teamleader.
Reporting: Include leads and their deal values in your Centerflow reports alongside other conversions, with accurate status updates from Teamleader.
Setup
Step 1: Open the Teamleader integration
In Centerflow, go to Settings > Integrations. Find Teamleader in the list and click Add integration.
Step 2: Connect your Teamleader Focus account
On the Teamleader integration page, click Connect Teamleader. You will be redirected to Teamleader Focus to authorize the connection. Once you approve, you're redirected back to Centerflow and the integration is active.
A webhook is automatically registered in Teamleader so that deal updates are sent back to Centerflow in real time. No manual webhook configuration is needed.
Step 3: Configure deal source mappings
After connecting, you'll see a Deal Source Mapping section. Click Refresh Deal Sources to load your deal sources from Teamleader.
For each Teamleader deal source, you can map one or more Centerflow channels or sources. This ensures that when a lead is synced to Teamleader, it automatically gets the correct deal source based on where the visitor came from. For example:
Map your Centerflow channel "Google Ads" to the Teamleader deal source "Google Ads"
Map your Centerflow source "Facebook - Brand campaign" to a specific Teamleader deal source
Source mappings take priority over channel mappings. If both match, the more specific source mapping is used.
Click Save Mappings when you're done.
Disconnecting
To disconnect the integration, click Disconnect Teamleader on the integration page. This removes the webhook from Teamleader and clears the connection. Existing leads and deals are not deleted.
What you'll see in Centerflow
All leads synced to Teamleader will have an external link showing the Teamleader deal ID. When your sales team updates the deal in Teamleader (e.g. marks it as Won or Lost, or changes the deal value), those changes appear automatically on the lead in Centerflow.
This gives you full visibility into your pipeline, from the first website visit to the final deal status, all within Centerflow's reports.
